Peng Lody

Position

Ms. PENG Lody has been working as Deputy Chief of Party at Pact Cambodia for Women Entrepreneurs Act (WE Act) project funded by USAID. She was graduated from IFL with Education in English in 2008 and pursued Master of Social Work in 2016 at RUPP. She has over ten years of experiences working for a diverse of NGOs starting with Oxfam GB, ILO, World Vision, and then Pact Cambodia in development areas such as gender equality and natural resources management, youth employment and entrepreneurship, national employment policy, and so on.

What inspires Lody the most from her NGOs career is Women and Youth Economic Empowerment. She is strongly passionate about promoting livelihood and economic for youth and women through skills development, employment, and entrepreneurship.

Lody has a desire for empowering young women and youth and bringing more social impact through a strong and healthy entrepreneurship ecosystem in Cambodia. She believes that every system actor contributes to improving the economic, social, and environmental status, where our people can enjoy working and living in a safer, healthier, and better environment, and those will be paid off in turn. To achieve this, she has dedication in working to promote constructive engagement of various key stakeholders, especially from entrepreneurship ecosystem actors, to have joint dialogues and interventions in addressing the concerned issues together.
